Goldway G30

Most common use multiple parameter monitor is G30,because its compact size easy to use,mostly use in ICU,because it does not consist of any gas modal so unable to use in operation theater.
but due to many common problem like ECG waves not displayed,Spo2 reading not displayed.
display not coming.but to solve this common problem we need to open the monitor and replace the require part.today i am going to show you how to open an  G30 monitor for troubleshooting above mentioned common problem.
please gone through my images that will clear idea about how to open the monitor but please gone through the instruction first.

• Before open the monitor please kindly remove the battery from the bottom right side of the monitor.
• kindly remove stand accessories from the monitor bottom.
• Remove all accessories like SPo2 Probe,ECG leads,temperature sensor.
• There are 4 bolts at the back side of the monitor which mentioned in image 1,2
• After that hold the display part properly because after removing bolt it can fall on hard surface thus might be display got damaged.
• Please remove ground connection between the display and monitor so display can free.as shown in fig 3
• remove remaining 4 connection so display part is completely spearate from monitor.
• 4 main bolt inside the monitor by open them the whole part come in front of the eye,so might be easy to change any circuit.as shown in fig 4
• consist the female connector inside please refer the image 4 for how to remove it and change it.please refer fig 5
• kindly note down the connection before remove it so might be easy for pack the machine properly,
• And for long life of the machine please bind all the bolt on their proper place thus monitor strength remain same.
